Account information: When you create an account or sign in via Google, Facebook, or Microsoft, we receive your email address and display name from the identity provider.
Media files: Audio and video files you upload for transcription. These are stored temporarily in Amazon S3 and automatically deleted after 30 days.
Transcription data: The text output generated from your media files, stored alongside the media and subject to the same 30-day retention.
Usage data: We use a browser cookie (visitor_id) to associate anonymous transcriptions with your browser session. This cookie is replaced by your account identity when you sign in.
Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Pixelion:
- Stripe — payment processing for paid subscriptions
- Google, Facebook, Microsoft — social sign-in via OAuth (we only receive your email and name)
5. Data Retention
Uploaded media files and transcripts are automatically deleted after 30 days. Account information is retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide the service.
7. Your Rights

We use a single functional cookie (visitor_id) to track anonymous sessions. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
