1. Acceptance
By using Pixelion ("the Service"), operated by Pixel Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pixelion provides audio and video transcription powered by AWS Transcribe, with optional AI-powered features (summarization, translation, content generation) for paid subscribers.
3. Accounts
You may use the Service without an account (limited features). Creating an account via email, Google, Facebook, or Microsoft gives you access to saved transcriptions and additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Free plan: Basic transcription with limited features.
Pro plan: Includes all free features plus AI-powered transforms (summarize, translate, blog post, social posts, chapters, video SEO). Billed as a recurring subscription via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Use the Service to process content you do not have the right to transcribe
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the Service for automated or bulk processing without permission
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload and all transcriptions generated from your content. We do not claim any rights to your content. Uploaded files and transcripts are automatically deleted after 30 days.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality and is not guaranteed. AI-generated content is provided for convenience and should be reviewed before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
